We invite you to a festive Christmas lunch in truly unique surroundings, as Almanak in the Opera House sets the table for a grand Christmas feast with classic dishes and an unforgettable view of Copenhagen’s harbour.
For the Christmas lunch, the kitchen has created an abundant menu that celebrates the traditional flavours and ingredients of the season.

1st serving
Curried herring – kaffir lime – gooseberries
Fried herring – mustard mayonnaise – pickled ginger
2nd serving
Cured trout – mushroom teriyaki – horseradish
Egg salad – prawns – chives
3rd serving
Pork – smoked blanquette sauce – cress
Wild duck – red cabbage – blackcurrant
Green kale – walnuts – lingonberries
4th serving Dessert:
Danish cheeses (two varieties, compote and crispbread)
Risalamande – cherries – roasted almonds
